5d/4n Survival - Private and Customized

  • Day 1 and 2:

    • Taxi transfer from the airport to the starting point of your jungle adventure


    • Entry into the jungle accompanied by a guide and an assistant at all times.


    • Ecological hike with information provided by the guide, offering the possibility of seeing monkeys, snakes, birds, and all that nature has to offer; learning about natural medicine and the secrets of the jungle from the ancestral knowledge of your guide.


    • All meals prepared in the jungle


    • Overnight stay in the jungle in hammocks with mosquito nets

  • Day 3:

    • Around midday, arrival at the maloca (Amazonian dwelling)


    • Lunch


    • Afterwards, we will visit their chagras (farms) to harvest coca leaves and dried yarumo leaves for preparing mambe (a traditional herbal drink).


    • Harvesting and tasting of mojojoy (Rhynchophorus palmarum).


    • Making handicrafts to take home as souvenirs.


    • Swimming in a jungle river. Dinner.


    • Talk with the elder about their customs and traditions.


    • Overnight stay in the maloca in hammocks with mosquito nets.


    • Battery charging available here from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

  • Day 4:

    • Breakfast at the maloca (traditional communal house)


    • Transfer to the port of Leticia to board a boat to the reserve in Peru.


    • 30-minute speedboat ride on the majestic Amazon River. A local guide will be waiting to accompany us throughout the trip.


    • 90-120 minute hike to a spectacular area that is home to caimans, anacondas, electric eels, piranhas, and many other types of fish.


    • Arrival at the lodge, delicious Peruvian buffet lunch


    • Accommodation in cabins with beds


    • Relax in hammocks on a floating raft on the lake.


    • Swim in a natural pool within the lake


    • Kayak or wooden boat trip on the lake, admiring the lotus flowers,


    • birdwatching, fishing, and seeing the largest tree in the Amazon and the second largest in the world.


    • In the evening, a boat trip on the lake to better observe the nocturnal wildlife, including bioluminescent insects, and with the possibility of spotting caimans.


    • Battery charging is available here from 6 pm to 10 pm.


    • Rest.

  • Day 5:

    • Breakfast


    • Return to Leticia


    • Tour of Tabatinga (Brazil), exploring its shops and visiting the viewpoint at the narrowest point of the Amazon River


    • Transfer to the airport at the scheduled time

Birdwatching 4d/3n

  • Day 1:

    • Meet the staff at Vásquez Cobo Airport in Leticia and transfer by taxi to your chosen hotel.


    • Lunch featuring fish and fruit juice (in season).


    • Check-in to your pre-selected room.


    • Walk through Leticia, exploring the shops, the ethnographic museum, and observing the local birds.


    • Visit Santander Park, where thousands of parrots roost and other bird species can be observed.


    • Return to the hotel and pack for the next day.


    • Dinner and rest.

  • Day 2:

    5:30 a.m. Departure from the hotel by car, accompanied by a specialized birdwatching guide.


    Breakfast en route from Leticia.


    Approximately 2-hour hike through the high jungle, observing its lush vegetation and home to various bird species.


    Arrival at a community located on the banks of the stream, where you can purchase handicrafts. Typical lunch.


    Afterward, we will navigate the Yahuarcaca stream in the low jungle by wooden boat, where you can appreciate another ecosystem and observe the flora and fauna of this area.


    Visit to the dark waters of the Yahuarcaca lakes, where you can also admire the Victoria Regia water lilies.


    Delicious Amazonian lunch.


    3:00 p.m. Return to the hotel.


    Dinner and rest.

  • Day 3:

    5:30 AM Departure from Leticia by boat with life jackets


    Breakfast en route, delivered from your hotel


    Navigating the majestic Amazon River for approximately 30 minutes, accompanied by your guide, you will reach a várzea or flooded rainforest area. Here you can appreciate the natural landscape and observe the wildlife that inhabits this area, such as sloths, birds, caimans, squirrels, snakes, and pink river dolphins in the upper waters. It all depends on how observant you are. Binoculars are recommended for wildlife viewing.


    Breakfast during the trip.


    Possibility of seeing gray and pink river dolphins.


    Before arriving in Leticia, enjoy a delicious Peruvian lunch with views of the Amazon River. 3:00 PM Return

  • Day 1:


    • Arrival at Vásquez Cobo Airport


    • Transfer by car to your chosen hotel.

    • Tour of Leticia, visiting artisan shops, natural medicine stores, and the ethnographic museum, ending at the park where thousands of parrots arrive to spend the night.


    • Return to the hotel.

  • Day 2:

    • Breakfast at the hotel


    • Departure to the boat where life jackets will be waiting.


    • While sailing, we will stop for information at the point where Colombia, Peru, and Brazil meet.


    • Visit to the Lotus Flower Reserve, where we will learn about the world's largest lotus flower and everything else found in this beautiful place.


    • Visit to Monkey Island, where we will have the opportunity to interact with the Titis primate species.


    • After a 35-minute boat ride, we will arrive at the Macedonia community, a perfect place to buy handicrafts, learn about the Ticuna people, watch traditional dances, and take souvenir photos.


    • Visit to Puerto Nariño, known as the Natural Nativity Scene, where there are no cars or motorcycles.


    • Buffet lunch with three proteins and fresh regional juice.


    • Walk through the town with information provided by the guide.


    • Dolphin watching wherever they may appear.


    • Return to Leticia.


    • Dinner at the hotel in Leticia and rest.

  • Day 3:

    • Breakfast


    • Departure to the dock to board a boat that will take us to the Nature Reserve in Peru


    • 40-minute boat ride on the mighty Amazon River


    • Arrival at the reserve in the lowland rainforest, where a local resident will be waiting.


    • Guided hike with a native guide, revealing all that nature has to offer. Approximately 90 minutes.


    • Arrival at a jungle lodge on the shores of a dark-water lake, home to caimans, anacondas, piranhas, and other wildlife.


    • Peruvian buffet lunch with three protein options


    • Boat ride in a wooden boat or kayaks, appreciating the vegetation and fauna of this ecosystem


    • Visit to the site of the "Grandfather Tree," where we will see the Victoria Regia water lily.


    • Traditional fishing, swimming in a pool filled with lake water.


    • Return to Leticia around 5:00 pm


    • Dinner at the hotel and rest.

  • Day 4:

    • Breakfast at the hotel


    • Transfer to the airport at the indicated time
